As I was staying in Nice for 9 nights, I wanted a hotel room that gave me the comfort of space. This hotel gave me that in abundance. The beds were very comfortable and you have tea & coffee making facilites in the room. The breakfast was excellent and there was pleanty of choice. Lidl is across the square too for anyone wanting to buy groceries, wine beer etc. It is a few blocks from the promenade but the tram is literary a minute walk away and it is a very short walk to Garibaldi square & the port. The staff were excellent in particular Melisa who gave me a very warm welcome to the hotel and was very happy to help me with any questions throughout my stay.

The staff who greeted us, and replied to emails I sent prior to our visit were very friendly and helpful and even recommended a restaurant which was amazing -(Le Terreze by Peska).The pool was great- especially with the heat we had, so if you can, book an executive room to get access to it. Food was really good value, and the overall atmosphere was calm, friendly and relaxed. The staff laid out really nice birthday decorations for my partner in our room for when we arrived which she loved. The hotel was just 20 mins from the beach, and 10 mins from the old town, so a good location unless you want beach front. Highly reccomend it.

Everything and everyone . Perfect hotel for your holiday. Tram stop just round the corner, train station to Monaco and Cannes only 15 mins walk, shops nearby. Breakfast was really good with loads of choice , dinner absolutely delicious. Thank you to all staff in the restaurant who made our stay so enjoyable. Water fountain on every floor. Everything is clean to a high standard. Pool on the roof with amazing view. Thank you to the lovely reception girl who made us so welcome on our first day. We will be visiting you again Novotel 👍👍👍.

The staff were excellent including in the restaurant. Dietary needs (coeliac) were accommodated- the staff were really helpful. Pool was lovely- good size and well kept. Water machine (sparkling and still) on each floor were really great. Attempts to make the hotel more sustainable was really good. The cold drink dispenser in the Reception area was a welcome addition (the flavoured tea). Good sized mini fridge in the room- really useful.

The STAFF! From the lady who ensured our room was always welcoming, to the bar, restaurant and reception staff. Always professional, polite and helpful they made a difference to our stay. Reception staff were able to help with enquiries how to get to different locations and found out answers to questions if they didn’t know. Super breakfasts and restaurant menu!
